Summary: Responsible for working with the maintenance team, engineering and plant managers to implement safe maintenance practices, increase equipment reliability and insure availability of critical spare parts. Identify opportunities to reduce cost and synergies between plants. Develop relationships with OEM's and equipment vendors. Responsible for the reliability and failure minimization of all equipment.
